Ruhrpharm Group

Growth requires structure. Founded over ten years ago the Ruhrpharm Group consists in their current sturcture since 2004. Using our market- and innovation-oriented corporate and organisational structure we have extended our position within the field of urology since then.

The three subsidiaries Ruhrpharm AG, Ruhrpharm Medizintechnik und Ruhrpharm GmbH&Co. KG are managed independently, centrally administrated by Ruhrpharm Verwaltungs-GmbH.

The Ruhrpharm AG combines all pharmaceutic activities based on two stands: Pharma and nutritions. The Ruhrpharm Medizintechnik GmbH+Co. KG forms a medical and technical trading company.

The Ruhrpharm GmbH+Co. KG provides primarily competencies in research and development and deals with all legal matters of the group. Furthermore, the Ruhrpharm GmbH+Co. KG is  responsible for trading transactions and export. Today, the Ruhrpharm group is already engaged in the Asian and East European market.
